The Victoria’s Secret Angels are, well, angels. They’re totally gorgeous — and they definitely work hard for it (wearing super-cute VSX workout gear, no less!). Two of our favorite girls, Lindsay Ellingson and Candice Swanepoel fill in our blanks and spill their secrets to SELF. But expect more from the ladies this week: Each day, we’ll be rolling out a new workout video from the team at Victoria’s Secret Sport exclusively on SELF. So you know what to do: Learn about the Angels today, spend rest of the week copying their fitness moves. Done.
CANDICE SAYS…
1. If I could only do one workout, I’d box or do yoga.
2. When I need extra motivation, I tell myself I’ll feel better after [a workout].
3. I can’t stop moving when Dancehall-style music comes on my iPod.
4. After a great workout, I feel rejuvenated and sexy.
5. When hunger strikes at 3 PM, I grab anything I’m craving. [Ed. note: Lucky! – RJ]
6. You’re at Victoria’s Secret and have only $20 to spend. You’re buying…lipstick. (At SELF, we’re big fans of the Sheer Drama Hydrating Lipstick, $14, which provides just the right amount of color with a hefty dose of moisturizing agents, too.)
7. Sunday mornings at 11 AM, you’ll find me in bed, or having a big breakfast.
8. No one knows that I speak Portuguese.

THE VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW returns to CBS Television Network on Tuesday, Dec. 10 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT). This year’s fashion show will be back in New York City with world-famous Victoria’s Secret Angels Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson, Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, Behati Prinsloo and many more. The lingerie runway show will also include musical performances, pink carpet interviews, model profiles and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the world’s most celebrated fashion show.
Candice is the face of The Close-Up by Victoria’s Secret. The very sexy commercial features her in pink lingerie and guess what.. we have made screen caps just for you!
